How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping in Spain is usually between 2-5 business days, outside Spain shipping is usually between 2-10 days . You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes, contact our support team as soon as possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, send an email to returns@monkperformance.com and you will receive clear instructions on how to proceed. In most cases the package will be picked up at your desired location and desired time FREE OF CHARGE.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If your shoes don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size within 30 days of receiving them. The shoes must be in unused condition. Start your exchange request by sending an email to returns@monkperformance.com . In most cases you will receive the new size at your desired location and desired time and they will pick up the wrong size, everything FREE OF CHARGE.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns are FREE OF CHARGE up to a maximum of 3 returns of the same item. 

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

In most cases you will receive the new size in 2-7 business days and they will pick up the work size from your desired location and at your desired time. 

In which form will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I know my correct shoe size?

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. If you’re unsure, measure your foot length and compare it with our chart.

What if my shoes feel too tight or too loose?

We recommend trying your shoes indoors first. If they don’t fit properly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days as long as they are unworn.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Maestro, Union Pay, PayPal, and back trasfer options. For bank transfer please get in touch with hello@monkperformance.com .
